A week in Baku !
Pros:

The location is excellent and very central, a short walk to Nizam Street and Fountain SQ. Spacious units, somewhat basic in design and amenities but it delivers for what it costs, a comfortable stay in essence. Communication with Murad was very prompt and attentive as well for all our queries.

Cons:

The access to the building was somewhat obscure, no signage and no indication of a lobby entrance. Premises was only monitored by a single guard house through the night with manual fences for entry. May be challenging to locate initially for non-tech savvy travelers.
