Too many rules and extra charges
Pros:

Apartment was clean, modern and fresh.

Cons:

So many rules and extra payments - parking, swimming, even basics like sponges to wash pots. Worst demand from the owner threatening extra charges if the apartment was left messy (not that I ever do!). Further rules of what food you're allowed to cook and not. Location not ideal, occasionally difficult to get a trike to the main area.
Bed was very hard and uncomfortable with plants in the apartment dying around us.
Condo staff at reception and security unfriendly and unapproachable.

Pros:

The shower was okay

Cons:

Parking fee ridiculous
Parking space too small
Guards very aggressive approached my partner with rude questions regarding supposed wrong parking, which was not the case.
No internet signal at the entrance which caused problems entering the premises. Again rude behavior from the guards, not helping at all.
Reception staff unfriendly and arrogant.
Swimming pool not free of charge.
No bedlinnen available.
No mountainview
