The place is very pretty and photo worthy. My daughter and I had an amazing stay. The whole place was clean and parking was always available.
Accommodation was incredible, they've thought of everything in the room. Kitchenette was very well appointed and the pool area lovely. We had an issue with toilet plumbing and called at 3am for assistance and nothing happened until repeated contact around 6 hours later. It wouldn't have been so bad had a communal toilet been available to use but there wasn't. It did make you realise how much a front desk or onsite team is needed when faced with an issue.
I can’t speak highly enough about The Muse Hotel. My trip wasn’t under the greatest circumstances. I had a family emergency and needed to be near the hospital. The Muse was absolutely adorable, comfortable and spotless. Their attention to detail really stood out. I will be looking forward to my next visit just for fun at The Muse Hotel. You will not be disappointed with your stay! Such a gem in beautiful Palm Springs, CA. 💕

Great hotel that’s been newly renovated. You can tell a lot of love and care has gone into this hotel and we had a really great stay here. Really nice room and the pool area was great and really quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Palm Springs. Easy parking out front and very close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

The property and room were a lot nicer in the photos. The furniture and bath supplies were poor quality. Coffee machine didn’t work, blinds were broken, sink was clogged. Didn’t feel quite sparkly clean. An okay stay, but not what I expected from the photos and description.
Absolutely fabulous! The property is private, clean & the decor is beautiful. The host & staff were communicative & helpful. Kitchen stocked with everything you need, bed was comfy. I go out to PS a few times a year & I cannot wait to come back to The Muse!

From the moment we walked in, the cozy vibe set the mood just right. The kitchen was perfect for slow morning coffees, and the spotless, comfy space made us never want to leave.
The jacuzzi and pool? Pure indulgence. Wrapped in total privacy, it was the perfect escape to turn up the heat and unwind together.
Big thanks to the housekeeper who saved us when we fumbled the lockbox — and to customer service for picking up on the first ring with warmth and care.

The property was very private and at the time we went there were not many guests leading to a very quiet stay. The staff were super accommodating and helpful when any questions presented themselves.
