Poor
Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and the hotel location is good as it's near to central market

Cons:

The basic facilities such as toiletries were missing. The hotel is a 2 star hotel, but it was wrongly marked as 3 star on the website. It doesn't have a running kitchen. Lift unavailable. No view from the balcony. Also, there was a smell coming in the room. No chair or table was there in the room, Although the same was displayed in the website pictures.

Hidden Gem with Exceptional Hospitality
Pros:

The hotel exceeded expectations in every way! The room, bed, and overall location were excellent. Situated just 1 km from the bus stop, it’s perfectly located as a central point to all major places. Don’t judge it by its outer appearance—inside, it’s well-maintained, with spacious rooms that are a rare find at such an affordable rate. The standout feature, however, is the staff, especially the receptionist and workers, who are incredibly kind and helpful. Special mention to the pretty and charming girl at the reception—just couldn’t say it in person! Overall, a fantastic stay, and I’m happy to give it 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Maybe a shower gel or a shampoo and a dental kit can be provided if possible. Because I never carry these things 😅
