Pros:

Muito prático, perto de meu escritório, perfeito. Quero utilizar sempre essa acomodação em minhas futuras viagens a trabalho.

Limpeza, silêncio, frigo bar,

Cons:

Apto velho reformado.
Mal cheiro vindo dos ralos, toalhas velhas e ásperas, ar condicionado em um buraco na parede para atender 2 ambientes. Dava para se ouvir todo barulho da sala no quarto.

Pros:

Quarto bom, no geral tem tudo que vc precisa.

Cons:

o sofá cama é péssimo para dormir, então o apartamento é somente para casal mesmo. No meu caso que dividi a diária com uma amiga não consegui dormir no sofá e tivemos de dormi juntas na cama de casal.
