Albergo perfetto con un’ottima qualità/ prezzo. Stanza pulita e molto accogliente; nessun odore di muffa o umidità, molto arieggiata.
Staff gentile e disponibile, colazione in camera o nella hall dalle 7 alle 09.30, abbondante e con frutta fresca.
Ottimo il servizio lavanderia (4/5 h, 25k/kg molto economico rispetto ad altri posti!), vestiti lavati e piegati con cura.
Abbiamo fatto con loro il tour della cittadella di Hue e delle principali attrazioni in quanto molto conveniente per il prezzo rispetto a getyourguide, ottimo servizio e ottima guida che ha spiegato molto bene la storia dei posti.
Lo staff ci ha anche aiutato nella prenotazione del treno notturno.

Apprezzata tantissimo la sauna gratis di 1h e la possibilità di fare la doccia prima di partire.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable as well. Everything was clean! Quick laundry service. I would absolutely book again.
My 2 complaints- needs to have a vegan breakfast option, tofu and veg or tofu pho would be great.
I asked the staff to book us a private driver and whoever they booked was not great. They drove slower than my grandma on the highway with no traffic and had cleaner in their trunk that leaked all over our bags ruining multiple items. Not the fault of the hotel directly but I would recommend they find a new driver for their guests.

Excellent location. 20 metres from the river, lined with coffee shops. Down a quiet alley. Backsteeets full of restaurants, travel agencies and even more coffee shops! Friendly, helpful staff. Note: called Vietnam Hotel and Vina Spa Hotel.
Hard mattress and noisy aircon but minor issues.
Le personnel était très sympathique. Il y avait une location de scooter sur place, ce qui nous a été pratique. Le spa était très bien aussi.
