Lack of cleaning service which for a long stay made it an inconvenience

Excelente lugar, lo recomiendo al 100%.
Las camas, almohadas y toallas son súper cómodas.
El apartamento está muy limpio y ordenado. Tiene todo lo necesario.
La zona es muy bonita y hay muchas opciones cerca.
Sin duda volvería.

Pour commencer ,2h du mat ,enfin grace à une tiers personne qui nous a aidé pour obtenir les clefs ,l'agent de sécurité nous disaist attendre un mail de confirmation,malgré nos passeports et notre ref hotel.com,il aurait fallu que ce soit nous qui vous téléphonions .
Ensuite arrivés dans l'appart certes propre ,mais que de remarques au niveau du mobilier chaises disloquées,avec une un trou ,les tiroirs ,la table branlantes,heureusement bien couchés et très belle vue,
le canapé semblant mieux était très fatigué avec des montants de bois passant à travers à l'arriere,le parquet avec des lames disjointes et tachées par endroit,une chaise était dans un placard inutilisable . EN conclusion,j'en oublie certainement ,il faudrait changer une partie du mobilier.

Alkuperäinen asunto vaihtui toiseen. Majapaikan puolelta asia järjestettiin oikein hyvin ja sujuvasti.
Uusi majapaikka oli vielä lähempänä keskeisiä paikkoja, kuin edellinen, joten se ei haitannut ollenkaan. Vuodesohva olisi ehkä jo vaihtamisen tarpeessa, mutta muutoin sängyt hyvät ja siistit.
Asunnossa oli iso pöytä, mutta vain kolme tuolia, joista yksi niin rikki, ettei sitä pystynyt käyttämään. Se tietysti vaikutti yleismukavuuteen.
Rakennuksen yhteiset sauna ja allastilat oli käytössä, mitä tulikin käytettyä joka ilta.

Very nice apartment. Great to have a washer/dryer and a fully operational kitchen. Felt very safe in the building and the surrounding area. Easy access to a small grocery store and food court. Would definitely stay again.

Super close to the Roger’s center and the Well! Property manager was very attentive

Fantastic location for touring Toronto Downtown, CN Tower, Markets and short walk to Union for train to airport. Immaculate apartment with everything you need. Great dishwasher, laundry facilities and we were able to cook a meal. Although I will stress, the fire alarm is situated right above the oven (not good) so every time you grill

The location and amenities in the area excellent if downtown is important.

The way the City Scape is managed thru Expedia is Poor by comparison to other accommodation options.

Checking in is a challenge. Getting support with any deficiencies is poor. Expecting guests to take out garbage is a non-starter.

There are excellent hotels in the area, and excellent VRBO options as well. These are the competition and, for me, they are the better choices.

The way the suites are managed as rentals is a scam in terms of access and response to issues.

Great place and great communication!

It was great. Centrally located to everything in Toronto either directly or via public transportation.

The property was great. Extremely clean and well maintained, a gorgeous place to stay in Toronto in an amazing location. However, there were some communication issues. We did not receive a code to check in with (needed to use the elevator) and spent 20 mins waiting on the phone with the desk. This was very annoying as it was something that should have already been communicated. Additionally, we texted the desk to have our check-in extended to 1pm (they confirmed and added it to our booking) and the cleaners showed up at 11 and the front desk called us. Apparently a miscommunication between staff. Also very annoying as this woke us up. Overall, great place, but staff need to have better communication with each other and with customers.

Beautiful property, very clean and had great views! The host was wonderful to deal with and had quick responses via emails! We would definitely stay here again!
