La atencion del Personal, excelente, limpia por su personal

Cons:

Pésima la Infraestructura del Hotel, muy antigua, lo peor muy mal mentenida, el aire acondicionado muy antiguo y ruidoso, lampara de velador en corte, los baños pesimos, el hotel se sostiene por el esfuerzo de su personal, cero inversión

Falta de mantenimiento a las dependencias y limpieza, además no es posible que en el desayuno no tengan edulzante, mantequilla ni huevos, algo esencial para un desayuno. El lugar es bonito pero fta qué le den más calidad.

Pros:

La amplitud de las habitaciones, el aire acondicionado, el parque, la piscina, la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Que no funcionaran los citófonos.
También podrían colocar barras de seguridad en las tinas porque viajé con dos adultos mayores y tenían miedo de caerse por los problemas de movilidad que tienen.

El lugar era muy agradable, con áreas verdes y muy buena atención del personal.
El servicio de lavandería muy económico.

Cons:

Las ventanas no quedaban completamente cubiertas por lo que no sentía total privacidad en mi habitación. También podrían mejorar el servicio de shampoo y jabón.
Podrían tener aire acondicionado.

La atención por parte de un recepcionista con bigote fue fantástica y muy útil y amable. Los desayunos fueron muy ricos.

Es un poco viejo y lejos de la playa. La conexión al internet fallaba mucho y encontramos arañas en los cuartos.
