SUPER
Pros:

Riad jest bardzo czysty a personal bardzo miły. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra i przyjazna. Korzystaliśmy dwa raz z transferu na lotnisko, wszystko było doskonale zorganizowane.

We arrived at the hotel at 2:00 AM after a long journey, only to be told that there were no rooms available for us. Instead of offering a sincere apology or taking responsibility, the staff member informed us that we had to move to another hotel, which turned out to be dirty and in very poor condition.

What was most shocking was his complete lack of concern. He kept saying that it was “just for one night” and that it was “not a problem,” as if forcing guests to change hotels at 2:00 AM after traveling was something completely normal. For us, it was absolutely a problem. There was no empathy, no effort to fix the situation, and no professionalism.

At one point, when we questioned the situation, he said, “I just work here,” implying that it was not his responsibility. That was very strange, considering he was there the entire time and appeared to be in charge. This response felt dismissive and irresponsible.

After one night in the substitute hotel, we were finally moved to the hotel we had originally booked. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there.

The room had terrible humidity. There was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, and the bathroom floor was constantly flooded with water. The ventilation in the kitchen was very poor, and the smell from the bathroom spread throughout the entire building. The odor was clearly noticeable during breakfast, both before and after eating, and made the experience extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Additionally, during breakfast, when we asked for a glass of juice, he simply said no. We then asked for water, and again the answer was no. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional.

Overall, this was a very negative experience, and we definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Espectacular
Pros:

La ubicación es magnífica, muy bonito, muy limpio y con un personal muy atento, amable y con un trato muy personal y cercano.

Ponen un magnífico desayuno.

Aunque esta en la Medina es muy tranquilo y sin ruidos ya que esta en la calle paralela.

Attention au changement de Riad...
Pros:

L'emplacement et la beauté de la salle principale.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'on me change de riad (pour le Fes Iline), qu'on me donne une chambre différente de celle que j'ai réservé et surtout qu'on me donne une chambre/salle de bain pleine d'humidité dans un état indigne alors que j'ai prévenu que j'avais des soucis de santé.
Il a fallu que je me plaigne au Riad dar Yamna pour avoir une nouvelle chambre la deuxième nuit...
Les photos que je publie correspondent à la salle de bain de la chambre 7 du Fes Iline. La chambre du Riad Dar Yamna était bien meilleure en comparaison.

Ce séjour était une réussite!
Pros:

Le riad est vraiment superbe, très propre et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et l’ambiance très agréable. Le personnel est très gentil, toujours souriant et prêt à aider pour tout. Je recommande vivement cet endroit et j’y retournerais sans hésiter !

Ich bin alleine gereist aber durch das tolle Personal fühlte es sich direkt wie zuhause an.
Pros:

24/7 war Personal vor Ort und hatte jederzeit ein Ohr und ist äußerst hilfsbereit. Sehr gastfreundlich und es ist dein Geld aufjedenfall wert.

Aux petits soins pour leurs clients
Pros:

Riad très bien situé, à deux pas de la porte bleue mais calme. La chambre était très agréable et propre.
Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours disposé à prodiguer des conseils. Un grand merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur bienveillance.

Es war sehr schön. Echt empfehlenswert! Man hat sich dort sicher und heimisch gefühlt. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, leckeres Frühstück, tolle Zimmer und auch sehr ruhig zum entspannen. Es hat mir sehr gefallen.

Stylisches, liebevolles Riad in bester Lage

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in diesem Riad. Es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Am meisten hervorzuheben sind alle Mitarbeiter, die einem jederzeit helfen, gute Tipps geben und einfach super freundlich sind. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa, todo el personal muy atento y siempre sonriente. Muy acogedores y es como estar viviendo una película de ensueño. Repetiré, seguro y lo voy a recomendar, sin duda.
Fes es el despertar de los sentidos, el gusto, el olfato y la vista. La comida, los sabores, los olores, los colores, perderte en el zoco. Y descansar en Riad Yamna. No hay mejor regalo. Gracias Fes te llevo en mi corazón
