De locatie is top en de hotelkamer oogt netjes.
Het personeel boeit het vrij weinig of je een klant bent, ze spreken geen Engels maar doen ook weinig moeite met vertalen. De lobby vond ik niet heel fris. Maar het ergste van alles de airco deed het niet! Het bleef 29 graden in de kamer het was bloedheet (zie foto als bewijs)! We waren zo blij dat we uit dit hotel konden.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. Opening the window didn't help much.
The facilities in the room are very good. The location is convenient for city tour. Very good price at this location.
The bathroom is good. I enjoyed taking shower there.

There is sewer smell coming out from the wash basin. The drainage design is lousy. Maybe only my room has this issue.

The room is incredibly spacious and modern, this was my favourite accommodation on my China trip. There are separate rooms for the toilet and shower, with towels, slippers and bathrobes provided. The toilet is automatic and the shower is extremely powerful. The mirror above the island sink has a back light and the curtains have a switch to close them and they block out the light very well. The bed and TV are very large.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with bottled water and toilet roll whenever I needed, and in a kind polite manner.
The hotel is centrally located next to the City Walk and only a 20 minute walk away from the Bell Tower. It has a DiDi pick up spot for the mobile taxi.
I only stayed in Xi’an for a couple of days but I did enjoy taking time to rest in the hotel and highly recommend this as your place to stay, it is brilliant value for money.
Even though the photos of the rooms are AI generated, the rooms do look like the pictures! It’s kind of light a smart room - switched for the curtains, heated toilet seats, etc etc. great aircon, very close to South Gate of the wall. Lots of cheap local noodle shops near by. Great value for money for solo travelling
Everything was good, staff were very nice. My only complaint is that the cleaning staff would still come into the room to clean even if the “do not disturb” button was on. I was napping one afternoon, was woken up by knocking, before I figured out what was going on, I had someone try to come in, but I had the door bolted. Normally, if it says “do not disturb” the staff should just come another time. But this happened a few times. But the cleaning staff were absolutely lovely despite this and were just doing their job.

The hotel is located in the center of this city. After arranging my room, the service staff helped me deliver my luggage to the room. They were all very friendly and the cleanliness of the room was very good. The toilet and shower rooms were separated by dry and wet, which did not affect each other. The bedding was very comfortable and clean to sleep in. Looking forward to seeing you again next time！
