Cons:

In un alloggio cerco soltanto tre cose:
un buon letto
silenzio (o isonorizzazione acustica eccellente);
che il bagno funzioni, ovvero, scarichi liberi soprattutto in doccia, flussi d'acqua regolari (senza calcare che fa uscire poca acqua e la spari dappertutto) ed infine della banalissima acqua calda.
Si è salvato solo il letto.
1- Isolamento acusticoda anni '90, il mio alloggio era verso la strada principale, già alle 5,45 si fa fatica a proseguire il sonno.
2- Il boiler non è partito per via delle batterie scariche... niente doccia e se devi uscire come me al mattino molto presto, non c'è nessuno che ti possa aiutare.
Forse le batterie prima che si scarichino, ogni tot andrebbero cambiate a prescindere.

Camera molto carina, confortevole e perfettamente corrispondente all'annuncio. Molto vicina a Viale Mazzini, centro di Cosenza, raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti. Host super disponibile, abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la solerzia con la quale ci ha agevolati nelle operazioni di check-in e nel contattarci subito e nell'aiutarci a recuperare un orologio e un anello che avevamo dimenticato in camera senza nemmeno essercene accorti. Consigliatissimo.

Ottima posizione.
Pros:

Appartamento molto confortevole con balcone grande. Letto comodo e ottima qualità del sonno. Posto auto in garage. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

Ottima soluzione
Pros:

Posizione centrale. A due passi dal corso principale con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito appena sotto la struttura.
Camere comode con angolo cottura e aria condizionata sia in cucina che in camera da letto.

Cons:

Poco spazio ai lati del letto, praticamente non c'erano comodini.

Un hotel en pleno decaimento
Pros:

La amplitud del apartamento es bueno.

Cons:

Tiene muy mal mantenimiento, mucho olor a cigarrillo, la heladera no funcionaba, sin servicio de limpieza diario, Sin desayuno posible.
