Clean and nicely kept but horrible sleeping areangements
Pros:

Clean with lots of facilities - but a very poor sleeping experience

Cons:

The bed was too soft, but the big problem was the pillows were completely unusable - way too fat, and the only bedding was a very thick duvet - in mid summer - unbearably hot

Wonderful
Pros:

The location.
Loved the private balcony.
The owner was very nice and let me check in earlier which I much appreciated.
Love the convenience of the restaurant.

Cons:

The bathroom is extremely small and the layout is weird. The cutlery could use an upgrade and they are not well paired.
Maybe mini shower essentials would elevate the place.
