Pros:

We felt very safe and secure in our room. The room was well layed out and neat, very modern. However, it needs to be maintained better.

Cons:

Our check in was quick but the staff seemed quite unbothered and not very welcoming. Our room had no free toiletries such as soap, shampoo etc, which is advertised. We had no bowls in our kitchen.The dish cloth was not clean and dish sponge was old.

Clean and nicely kept but horrible sleeping areangements
Pros:

Clean with lots of facilities - but a very poor sleeping experience

Cons:

The bed was too soft, but the big problem was the pillows were completely unusable - way too fat, and the only bedding was a very thick duvet - in mid summer - unbearably hot
