It's located in a residential area and it got too quiet at night which made me uncomfortable going out. The floor wasn't clean enough.

Walking distance from the market, all the main malls and shops are nearby. The hotel's restaurant was open till 3.00 AM. The food was tasty but the price was a little over the edge.
The Bathroom had a cigarette smell which was unbearable. Even after putting in a refreshing spray, it was not gone. They should have checked that. Other things were, no water bottles were provided as welcome.

centralized ac with broken control that doesn't work. Commode cleanliness can be improved.. Cups in room are dirty.. TV is not in front of bed. Moved curtains only to see garbage view..
definitely not a 5 star as advertized, but staff is cool and responsive
