Property is very clean and has a private bathroom. Beds are comfortable and just a 2 mins walking distance from Yuzawa Ski Kogen. In addition, they offer pickup and drop off at the train station during check in and out.

整體非常好👍服務人員態度親切
很棒的體驗👍
Very clean and spacious environment. Delicious IG-able food and courteous people. Sufficient ski-related amenities such as storage room and waxing facilities. Well-managed hot spring facilities. Most importantly, in-room toilet is available.
Though it was next to Yuzawa Kogen and the Hot Spring Street, you needed to walk a few steps upwards to the hotel. Nevertheless, its shuttle service resolved it.
Nice and helpful staff, very close to the Yuzawa Kougen ski resort roperail station. Clean and spacious room. Good onsen bath. They also offer transportation to the train station.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Ski storage room had a heater to help gear dry out faster. Transportation to ski resorts available for a fee.
The building itself is a bit dated, but is kept very neat and clean.
Location, Accomodations, Hot spring, and the staff were wonderful! They provided transportation to and from the station too!

Hotel K is located perfectly next to the resort, less than a min waling to the gondola. The owner and staff were very nice and helpful. Everything we needed was there and breakfast was really good. They also offer a small Onsen which was not promoted online. Overall a really good place to stay.
The hotel is new and so is the infra. Staff is very friendly and helpful especially Ms Natalie and Mr Takuya. The Boss Mr Ken is also hands-on with his business so all operation is at optimal. ANDDDDD it is really close to Yuzawa Kogen less than 100m
Im not sure if Japan have daily room cleaning, the issue is cleaning and replacing the trash bin plastic. Which we actually have no issue replacing it ourself.
We (a married couple with two school-aged children) live in Tokyo, were looking to make a last-minute reservation for a ski weekend in Yuzawa, and found Hotel K on Booking.com. When we booked it didn't appear as if there were any reviews and, because we booked a room with no refund if we needed to cancel, the reservation felt like a bit of risk. To our pleasant surprise the accommodations were fine. First, if you don't speak Japanese, don't worry: multiple members of staff speak English. The hotel is just across the street from the Yuzawa Kogen gondola, just around the corner from a main street with lots of restaurants an ski/snowboard rental places, and the hotel staff picked us up from the Shinkansen and also took us to Gala Yuzawa for skiing. The staff were incredibly helpful and monitored the chat on Booking.com constantly (which was very convenient for making reservations for pick and drop off at nearby ski areas). The hotel is an older building and not many amenities, but the place has that "we're in our first year under new ownership and we're really trying our best to make our customers feel welcomed and happy." So, really appreciated the great effort the staff put into making our stay a good one. On the rooms, there were four of us and the futons were comfortable, clean showers, and the heating in the room was perfect. We'd be happy to stay there again. Again, the staff worked hard make sure we had a nice stay and that counts a lot in my book.
The hotel is under new management (as I understand it, it was sold to a Taiwan company) and this is their first season so you have a sense that they are still working out a few of the kinks. The breakfast buffet was just ok (no miso soup, nori, grilled fish . . . a bit more traditional Japanese breakfast would have been nice). A few more amenities in the room would have been helpful (tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc.), and towels in the onsen would have been nice (you need to bring your own towels to the onsen). The restaurant serves breakfast, but would also be helpful to have a restaurant that served dinner in the evenings. After a long day of skiing, a delicious dinner at the hotel would have been nice. It's a Taiwan company, so why not offer a delicious meal influenced by the culture of Taiwan/China?
There are no hand towels, there is only one bath towel, there is a kettle but no tea or coffee
