Spacious, very clean and comfortable with a good sea view from the second floor balcony. We hired towels and sheets - freshly laundered. Thanks to Roberto for being so welcoming and informative.

Posizione ottima con vista sul mare metrature dell’appartamento ampie ma con problemi di umidità all’interno. Posizione comoda per i servizi e le spiaggie rinomate di Portoferrario. Da perfezionare un po’ il comfort dell’appartamento.

Pros:

Struttura nuovissima a 5 minuti (a piedi) dal centro storico di Portoferraio. Staff gentile. Posizione ottima, parcheggio gratuito.

Great location close to the beach, 10 min away from bars and restaurants

The view from the terrace is unique! As well the apartment was spacious

Just the fact there wasn’t even a rug in the bathroom and that you have to pay for towels

the person at the reception was very friendly

Cons:

The bookings are handled by an agency, The people there are very unfriendly and rude.
When booking it is not clear there will be no bed sheets and towels. The costs to rent those are more than 10% of the booking which totally out of proportion.

Clean, modern, close to the beach and town centre. Roberto, who is at the reception, is a real treasure. A great, kind, helpful guy. It was a pleasure to meet him.
