I ended up having an allergic reaction from the lingering animal smell. The hotel did not have my booking accommodations

I will be looking for another facility instead of this one for our trip to the area next year.
Pros:

Breakfast was not as nice as expected. When I stayed last year the breakfast was more filling. Not sure what changed but it felt like the breakfast staff was just checking a box and putting out the bare minimum. Not sure how to explain it but nothing about it felt elevated just holiday inn basic.

Cons:

First night no sleep because person in room above (I understand it was something in construction) stomped and made so much noise all night long. I was told that the manager would chat with me about what they could do but no one ever did. Also, because the marajuna business is next door the horrid smell of people using it was in every elevator, and coming into the building the pot smokers were sitting there and the smell hit just coming into the facility.

It served its needs and the color too many kids so you could not enjoy the pool or the gym scheme was perfect

Pros:

It was good but the breakfast area needs to be cleaned up and certain items replenished as they run out or before. The drawer holding the bowls was dirty and needs to be cleaned out.

Cons:

We had a fire alarm late Saturday night, then had to evacuate. We lost power 2x that night. I felt that there should have been more support people there. The receptionist was scared and should have had more people helping her and the guests.
