Artsy, cozy, warm home in Porto.
Pros:

It is a very cozy place, it felt like home.

Cons:

It is musty and it is uncomfortable. However I didnt regret this booking, as it was a very welcoming place, and even it is a cellar, there is a window. For this price, this place was more than enough.

I recommend for short stays.
Pros:

It was so authentic place. Was close to center, you’re able to walk the center if you like to walk. Bathroom and bedroom was clean. We were so satisfied to stay there.

A Oporto per 2 notti

La stanza si trova nel piano seminterrato della casa.
Tutto era come da descrizione.
La stanza è spaziosa e ben arredata. Il bagno è collocato fuori dalla camera da letto, ma è totalmente a disposizione dei clienti, quindi privato.
Bagno e stanza erano molto puliti.
A disposizione dei clienti ci sono asciugamani, asciugacapelli, prodotti per lavarsi e una piccola area con microonde, bollitore, tazzine e piatti per un’eventuale colazione fai da te.
Gli host sono molto cordiali e gentili. Siamo arrivati in mattinata, quindi molto prima del check-in previsto per le 15.00, ma gli host ci hanno permesso di depositare i bagagli. Il check-in è automatico,quindi molto comodo.
A disposizione dei clienti c’è anche una piccola area esterna, in comune coi proprietari di casa, per potersi rilassare.
L’alloggio dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla via dello shopping e 30 minuti dal centro storico.

Cons:

La stanza,essendo nel seminterrato, rimane un po’ buia e umida, soprattutto il bagno dopo la doccia( è necessario tenere accesa la luce qualche minuto in più in modo che la ventola assorba l’umidità); questo fa sì che in generale, nonostante la pulizia ben fatta e i profumatori per ambienti, alle volte ci sia odore di chiuso.
Il soffione della doccia non è attaccato al muro quindi rimane un po’ scomodo e si rischia di bagnare in giro.

Letto comodissimo, ottima posizione, purtroppo la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare, come si evince anche da altri commenti. Vabbè, in vacanza ci si deve adattare, tanto non è casa nostra e la maggior parte del tempo si trascorre fuori. Rapporto qualità/prezzo buono

Great accommodation, very well located and close to city center. Price really good for what it offers! We enjoyed it a lot! The host was very accomodating with the check-in, which was nice.

A simple and comfortable stay with a few quirks
Pros:

Great location near the bus station and not too far from the city centre.
The price is great for the size and facilities — lots of thoughtful little touches made it feel really homely and welcoming. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check in. Perfect for a couple of nights!

Cons:

Not the most charming neighbourhood, with several run-down buildings and a construction site just across the street. As mentioned earlier, the space felt a bit musty — including the towels and bed linen — likely due to its lower-level location in a residential house (a detail I missed when booking). A 4 PM check-in felt quite late, and the bed was a bit on the narrow side.
