This was by far the most disappointing accommodation we have stayed in.
From the moment we arrived, the property was not presented in a condition that paying guests should expect. There was rubbish left around the villa, cigarette butts and the smell of cigarette smoke in areas where guests should be able to relax, and visible mould that clearly hadn't been addressed.
The most concerning part of our stay was the lack of professionalism from the staff. At one point, there was a man asleep in the kitchen area while guests were using the property. This was completely inappropriate and made us feel uncomfortable. The overall management of the villa appeared disorganised, and basic standards of cleanliness and presentation were simply not met.
We raised our concerns, but they were not handled in a way that gave us confidence that guest satisfaction was a priority.
The photos and online listing do not accurately reflect the current condition of the property. We chose this villa based on its advertised standard and were left extremely disappointed.
I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made to the cleanliness, maintenance and management of the property.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The design was modern and stylish, with clean, well-furnished rooms and a fresh, new feel throughout.
It looked just like the pictures, actually, even better in person! The villa had a small pantry we could use, and the pool was clean and perfect for relaxing.
The location was convenient yet quiet, making it an ideal spot for a private and peaceful stay. The food was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our time there.
Overall, a fantastic experience, perfect for a private getaway. We’d happily come back!

El personal fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento, pero sí comentar que no estaban siempre en recepción y contactar con ellos por whatsapp a veces resultaba difícil.
Las instalaciones están bien, pero no es una villa al uso, es una habitación de hotel que da al jardín. No es muy espaciosa, tienen un escritorio, pero no silla en el interior, no hay perchas para el armario, y la mesa de la terraza( donde sirven el desayuno )es demasiado pequeña. También notamos mucho el olor a humedad en el baño, que inunda toda la habitación.
Se encuentra bastante alejado de Ubud, aunque en google maps la distancia sea corta, tendrás que depender de moto/ o coche porque no hay muchos servicios cercanos.

le personnel gentils . j’ai été surprise de l’endroit qui est très calme . cependant il y a des fourmis car la porte ne se fermait pas complètement mais ce n’était pas dérangeant . la literie était bonne et sentait super bons . je recommande cet hôtel ! vraiment !!!
