Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswertes und schönes Hotel
Pros:

Super Hotel, augenscheinlich Neubau. Idyllisch gelegen am Fluss. Zimmer sehr gut mit großem und schönem Bad. Hervorragendes Frühstück, WLAN bestens. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel. Hotel organisiert private und preiswerte Touren nach Ushguli, was wir auch genutzt haben.

Pros:

Spacious clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was nice, and the staff friendly and accommodating. The rooftop terrace is really nice!

Travelling with bicycles, this hotel was a welcome break from guest houses. We hate to say it but: European standards are sometimes just nice.

Cons:

Just slightly on the edge of town, but that was the only downside...

Beautiful hotel in Mestia
Pros:

The hotel and the rooms are very beautiful.
Breakfast is great and there is a hottub on the roof. The hosts are very friendly and lovely and location is perfect.

Cons:

Hotel offers diner but it hasn’t a restaurant. There are also no bar facilities to have a drink in the evening. Also the bar on the roof was not in use. For this the rates per night were little to high.

The hotel is new and beautiful, but a little overpriced
Pros:

The hotel feels brand-new, with stylish and comfortable rooms. The view from the window was wonderful, the bed was large and cozy, the shower had great water pressure, and the toiletries smelled amazing. Breakfast was tasty and fairly diverse. The location is fantastic – right by the river, with a mountain view.

Cons:

It seems the renovation was done with care, but the service does not yet match the price point. For $120 per night, you get a frequently broken elevator (it stopped working at least three times during our two-night stay), a child at the reception who had to run around for 10 minutes looking for their mom before helping guests, and dirty towels and sheets left piled up on sofas in the common areas of the floors where guests are supposed to sit. At breakfast, the only coffee available was 3-in-1 instant coffee. If there were other options, nobody informed us.

On the roof, there are hot water barrels where you can relax, but no one told us about them at check-in – we only discovered them by chance when we saw other guests there. The rooftop area itself is also unfinished: just a few randomly placed tables and chairs, a closed bar, and not much else. Perhaps once it’s completed, it will become a nice spot to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee, but for now – not really.

Wi-Fi only works properly until around 8 a.m.; after that, it struggles even to load messages, let alone photos or videos.

I’m sharing all this in the hope that these small issues will be fixed, because the hotel really has potential. With some improvements, it could become a true oasis in the mountains.

Pros:

The hotel looks new, and the location is perfect. Breakfast has everything necessary, but for normal coffee, you need to ask workers, like that at the buffet they have only instant one.

Cons:

During our stay, the lift was broken, so it made a VERY loud noise like a ship, was hard at night not to wake up when someone used it.

Очень красиво место на берегу реки, великолепный отель, приятный персонал, вкусные завтраки. На крыше установлены чаны с горячей водой, где можно расслабиться после прогулок по горам. Большой номер, с отличным ремонтом, удобная кровать, есть камин, все сделано из дерева, есть все для приготовления чая и кофе. Прекрасный вид с балкона.

Самый лучший отель в Местиа. Отель новый, идеально чистый, современный и с хорошим расположением! Огромные кровати с белоснежным постельным бельем. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Но самое поразительное и запоминающееся в этом отеле - это его владельцы. Потрясающая и гостеприимная семья, готовая помочь абсолютно во всех вопросах и пожеланиях. Подарили бутылку шампанского и посещение джакузи с умопомрачительным видом на горы! Спасибо ВАМ огромное за такой прием. Обязательно вернемся сюда. Всем рекомендую выбрать именно этот чудесный отель с настоящей грузинской душой!!!

Super lokalizacja, wystrój oraz czystość hotelu!
Pros:

Najlepszy hotel w Mestia. Super lokalizacja- blisko centrum oraz przy szumiącej rzece!bardzo nam się podobał wystrój oraz czystość w pokojach, a także jakuzzi na dachu. Dodatkowo były fajne kosmetyki i bardzo pomocny personel.

Śniadania są dość ubogie ale to taki standard w Gruzji.
