Not worth the price , way too overrated
Pros:

In a comfortable location easy to find and near to everything . Bath shower was good and hot water was running well

Cons:

Cockroaches , Very bad sheets ( most of them were worn out) and strained . Construction work started exactly at 10am with huge loads of sounds and they have not informed about the construction at all.

Hotel Park Inn : Okay
Pros:

Nice big room, plenty of places to store your luggage. Table and two comfortable chairs. Tea and coffee making facilities. Comfortable bed and the linen was clean.

Cons:

Just a couple of things, there was no hot water at all, even in hot climates I prefer a warm shower.
There was a fridge but it didn't work.
There were a few cockroaches in the room, nothing major, they likely came up through the pipes.
I thought the tariff was a bit high.
