Mọi thứ rất oke, đã nghỉ tại 2 chỗ Era khác nhau rồi đều cảm thấy rất hài lòng ạ

Mình book phòng cho e mình với bn nó. Mình k ở nhưng e mình phàn nàn và cảm thấy trải nghiệm ở home rất tệ, làm dịch vụ nhưng thái độ phục vụ thiếu chuyên nghiệp, k hỗ trợ khách. Mình chia sẻ để mọi người cân nhắc trc khi đặt phòng!
1. Lần đầu tiên mình gặp trường hợp thu tiền xe, vì 2 đứa ở 2 nơi khác nhau nên đi 2 xe máy để thuận tiện nhưng khi đến nơi home chỉ cho mỗi phòng 1 xe và xe còn lại thu 5k/1 lượt, bọn mk đi dl nên phải di chuyển suốt chứ k có ở phòng cả ngày, mình thấy nó k đáng nhưng phiền phức!
2. Phòng book cho 2 người nhưng chỉ có 1 khăn tắm , e mình có xin thêm 1 khăn thì home bảo tính phí , e mình có nói qua lại thì home mới đưa thêm khăn và k tính phí
3. Phòng k đc sạch sẽ, cũng k đc như trên ảnh!
