Cons:

Bà cô lễ tân thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Ko tôn trọng khách Hàng. Khách người ta lưu phòng vậy mà còn có kiểu làm khó thu thêm tiền từ 12 trưa đến 14h chiều Hàng ngày nữa.( Bà gọi là tiền giờ thừa) ủa ko hiểu.

L'accueil est très désagréable. Ne parle absolument pas l'anglais. Demande du cash pour payer la nuit alors que nous avons déjà payé via booking...
