Pros:

A good place to stay and visit the city of Hai Phong. Nice room but dirty bathroom (a lot of hairs). Nice view on the nearby buildings. Short walk to the city center, shops and restaurants

The shower and bathroom are clean, and the bed is comfortable.

Cons:

No transfer or transport to the ferry. Many people stay in Haiphong for ferries to the islands nearby.
