Very disappointing
Cons:

We had a 2 night stay booked and left after 1.
The food menu was very limited, 3/4 meat dishes to choose from. Neither me my wife or son enjoyed our meal.
We stayed a in courtyard room as we had a dog. Room was ok, plenty of space but the beds weren’t particularly comfortable.
The rooms were very noisy, every time a neighbour run the tap or flushed the toilet you knew about it.
We had constant noise from the room above us until gone midnight, the noise from them walking about was ridiculous. Stopped us from sleeping until they stopped moving about.
We had come away for my birthday and during the night my wife booked us in somewhere else for the following day.
I was refused a refund for the second night even though this was well before check out time. We were offered a different room but we weren’t willing to stay a second night.

General maintenance needed in the room, mainly the bathroom.
The ambience in the restaurant was flat, we were the only ones eating.

We had a lovely stay and we would be happy to come and stay again.
Pros:

The property was very well maintained and had a homely feel to it.

Cons:

The shower was a bit of an issue as in the room we stayed in.you had to climb over the bath to get into it.Not really accessible and there’s no handle s too hold on to help you climb in . Maybe installing handles would help and make it less of a safety issue. But apart from that the room was lovely.
