Most enjoyable!
Pros:

Linens were wonderful. Very clean.
Breakfast was mediocre. Bacon and sausage overcooked.
Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Victoria!

I LIKED THE LOCATION, THE CLEANLINESS.

I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THERE WAS NOTHING ON LINE TO INDICATE THAT THE FACILITY DID NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR OR THAT YOU DID NOT GIVE OUT THE INFORMATION THAT THE ROOM WAS UPSTAIRS. WE ARE IN OUR LATE 70'S AND CLIMBING STAIRS WITH LUGGAGE AND NO ASSISTANCE WAS LESS THAN DISIRABLE. IN FACT I ALMOST FELL COMING DOWN WITH MY BAG.

Clean room, nice robes and lovely room.

Cons:

The location is confusing because the numerical address is NOT the address of the hotel - it's a building that was locked. We called the front desk several times and the staff could not give us the correct directions. They were not overly helpful or concerned. The shower did not work and the scent in the main hotel was overpowering.

Cons:

It was a little confusing getting to the front desk at the hotel when I had booked the Inn. I just didn’t realize the two buildings were the same entity. But it was a quick enough realization and if that’s the worst part about my stay, I think I’m doing alright!
