Cons:

It was a little confusing getting to the front desk at the hotel when I had booked the Inn. I just didn’t realize the two buildings were the same entity. But it was a quick enough realization and if that’s the worst part about my stay, I think I’m doing alright!

We had a wonderful stay and will stay here again.
Pros:

Our room was lovely - very clean and comfortable. I found the pillows especially comfortable. The spa tub and walk-in shower were both amazing. The location of the inn is great, right off of Main St. and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants on Main. We walked everywhere and only used our car to drive to a winery. We also liked that staying at the inn meant we got to use the amenities at the Emigrant Hotel.

Great place with comfort and convenience
Pros:

It was very comfortable and so convenient to walk the downtown. The staff was friendly and made a great first impression.

Cons:

As always a great stay, this was our 2nd time staying here and we will be coming back again.
Pros:

Location is perfect for walking around and going shopping. Very clean and taken care of. Very secure feeling.

Very relaxing. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on our balcony.
Pros:

Room was really cute the way it was decorated. It was clean, had two very nice robes, and a wonderful bathtub with jets.

Cons:

You should think about putting a trash can in the bedroom for all the trash people end up with. There was one tiny trash can in the restroom but it could not hold it all. We had to use our shopping bags to store our trash. We don’t believe in leaving a place a mess.

Pros:

Our room (#3) was beautiful! Very easy walk to Main street. We lived the balcony and the tub.

Cons:

The external doors did not lock.. we were given a code, but everything we went in and out they were not locked.

Very clean and comfortable room as well as the entire hotel. Reserved parking. Great Security. Quite. Fabulous hotel restaurant and chefs. Old school romantic place to stay.

Cons:

Bathroom sink was plugged. Advertised with microwave, but was told owners decided to remove microwaves. Numbered parking, but it’s not enforced. I couldnt park in our assigned spot once. Very moist street traffic. Floor/ceiling not insulated. Upstairs tenant sounded like they were wearing wooden shoes. Difficult to find check-in office due to no signage. No Lighting on bathroom mirror, can’t see. Don’t recommend this location.

Bad experience.
Pros:

We rented a suite and expected the a typical suite. Instead we were given a room, bathroom and a more or less large closet with a chair and table that was called “the suite”. Completely advertised incorrectly. When we asked the staff why it was advertised as a suite, they blamed it on Booking.com. Which did not make sense.

Cons:

Because of the above we were never stay in this hotel again. The room was nice and the bathroom was great. But it was NOT a suite and should not have been advertised as such.

I loved the atmosphere of the property along with all of the facilities!

Cons:

The only negative I can say is the very steep driveway, but that was everywhere we went in Fredericksburg!
