Hotel confortável, mas a localização poderia ser melhor
Pros:

Quarto enorme, com quarto-de-banho muito grande e cama king size, muito confortável. A localização não é perfeita, mas está a apenas 10 minutos a pé da estação de comboios e a 20 minutos a pé do centro. Pequeno-almoço abundante, mas sala bastante desarrumada e mesas pouco limpas.

Cons:

O hotel está situado num bairro onde predominam as lojas de tecnologia, mas sem opções de restaurantes. O serviço do pequeno-almoço deixa bastante a desejar, tanto na reposição dos alimentos como na limpeza e arrumação das mesas.

Unreliable reservations, worms in the food
Pros:

I booked this hotel with booking com. 5 days before my stay and my reservation was confirmed. When I came to the hotel, they told me, that they have no booking to my name, even when I showed them confirmation emails. The receptionist was very unpleasant to me. Then he told me that they can only give me the room if I pay cash with no bill document. Then in breakfast which I got to my room, in bread there were live worms. I showed the photo and bread to the receptionist and received no compensation or apology.
