Pros:

Super clean and nice staff. Free coffee at the entry and a nice fitness center

Cons:

Super loud, music was playing all night below me, someone shoveled at 3am. Even with earplugs this was, unfortunately, a very loud place.

First woman = amazing. Give her a raise. Zach = loss of business from me and I’m sure I’m not alone.
Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

The first woman I spoke to (Sunday, 2am on 11/22) was phenomenal. She went out of her way to help us out.
Zach, on the other hand. Very rude and aggressive. Almost accusatory of malicious intent. He had attitude from the moment I called. I know this isn’t going to go anywhere but I was very taken aback by his behavior. I am a paying customer and I will not be back just based off of him.
