Soggiorno molto deludente, tra scarsa pulizia, servizio inadeguato e colazione di pessima qualità.
Pros:

Onestamente faccio fatica a individuare aspetti positivi durante il soggiorno. L’unico elemento leggermente apprezzabile è stato il cambio stanza dopo la mia segnalazione, anche se la seconda sistemazione non era comunque adeguata.

Cons:

Accoglienza pessima fin dal mio arrivo. La prima stanza assegnata era in condizioni inaccettabili: lenzuola sporche, tapparella non funzionante e bagno sporco. Dopo aver segnalato i problemi, mi è stata data un’altra stanza, ma anche questa presentava carenze: pulizia non adeguata e assenza di asciugamani e prodotti da bagno.

Anche la colazione è stata molto deludente: servizio poco professionale, con personale impegnato in più mansioni contemporaneamente e non adeguatamente presentato al ruolo. L’igiene lasciava a desiderare, con tazze sporche e stoviglie inappropriate (cucchiai al posto dei cucchiaini). Bevande di scarsa qualità, in particolare l’aranciata risultava annacquata.

Conclusione:
Esperienza complessivamente negativa, con standard ben al di sotto di quelli attesi per un hotel a tre stelle. Bocciato!

Staff were lovely. They treated the dogs like guests. Water pressure in the shower was great. Breakfast was great!

The furniture needs to be updated eventually. The air conditioner in the room wasn't working.

Наличие завтрака и позднее заселение.

Cons:

Расположение ужасное, очень далеко от центральной автобусной станции. А ночью автобусы не ходят.

Фен не работал.

Обогреватель не работал.

Над кроватью висели оголённые провода от светильников.

Нет чайника и стаканов.

Персонал на читает сообщения и связаться можно только по телефону.

В номер несколько раз без предупреждения заходил уборщик, открывал дверь своим ключом, когда я был в номере.

La facciata esterna rifatta alle spese dello stato per avere un richiamo per le allodole, o meglio specchietto per polli che sarei io e le altre 5 persone che avevo al seguito con 4 camere prenotate.

trattasi di un furto avvallato da voi che dovreste controllare prima di inserirlo nel vs. rispettabile brand
arrivati alle 23,50 purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato tra sporcizia, formiche, materassi ingialliti, bagno indecente, asciugamani stelati ed ingialliti dai decenni, camere tipo loculo le singole, doppie con due letti singoli addirittura poste ad L !! Sicuramente il tutto non corrispondenti alle normative della cubatura minima.
Fortunatamente la mattina abbiamo trovato una sistemazione in un hotel per persone civili e abbiamo fatto il check out pur avendo già pagato per il secondo giorno.
Per favore toglietelo dalle Vs offerte ne trarrete vantaggio e credibilità.
