Pros:

The staff was courteous enough to handle the requests that were suggested.
The staff was polite managing the things well.
Food in lunch and dinner was good with limited options.

Cons:

WiFi did not work for 2 days could have been better.
Hotel does not have restaurant and has in house dinning facility available.
Food menu is very restricted. The hotel manager could be more polite to the customers.
The rooms could have been more clean.
