Pros:

Die Lage ist in Center, Zimmer sehr sauber und die Putzfrau ist sehr nett. Aber ich bin angekommen um 22:00 Uhr und bei einchecken sind keine Personal da dass heißt ist Mann muss wo anders eingecheckt, tagsüber auch keine Personal da.

I was very satisfied with my stay, i’d recommend this place and I’m sure to stay again next time
Pros:

I like that it’s very close to the Sanctuary. It’s also surrounded with restaurants/coffee shops, souvenir shops and for the price I paid, I was indeed satisfied.

Cons:

The portable heating wasn’t working properly but there were extra couple of warm blankets so I used it.

SURPRESA ESPETACULAR

Foi uma experiência incrível, eu havia visto alguns comentários negativos e fiquei muito assustado depois que fiz a reserva.. mas tive uma experiência ESPETACULAR no Villa Fatima by umbral.
No dia do check in, foi enviado um código para acessar as áreas comuns do hotel, para aguardar o check in, então você pode chegar com antecedência no hotel e aguardar no lounge, que contem uma área extremamente confortável dispondo de poltronas, sofás e mesinhas.. tem uma maquina onde pode comprar alguns snacks e cafés. além de banheiros.
aS 15h foi liberado o check in sendo enviado o código para acesso aos quartos, mas no meu caso alguém fez o check in pra mim presencialmente, e entregando as chaves do quarto
o quarto apesar de ter carpete é extremamente limpo e cheiroso, super agradável, eu tenho alergia e não tive problema nenhum, é MUITO limpo, toda as áreas do hotel são muito limpas e cheirosas, roupas de cama e banho de boa qualidade e todas brancas e muito limpas, banheiro impecável, dispondo de sabonete e shampoo + condicionador.
o chuveiro é muito bom, agua fácil de controlar na temperatura ideal.
O hotel dispõe nas reservas a opção de café da manhã, eu comprei com café da manhã e toda manhã, pelas 7h eles deixavam na minha porta o saquinho com o café da manhã, agradável.
Não consigo explicar como foi agradável e boa a experiência que tive com este hotel.
A localização é ótima, na rua tem vários restaurante e cafés, a apenas uns 2 quarteirões até o Santuário de Fátima!
Só posso dizer parabéns a toda equipe que mantém o funcionamento impecável, principalmente as senhoras da limpeza tratam de cada detalhe com carinho, pois tudo é extremamente cheiroso e limpo

Quiet, historic, simple. Worth the price.
Pros:

Quiet place, big room, nothing fancy but is a typical old Portuguese building. Represent very well Fatima as a town.

Cons:

No staff around the hotel (they give this information), so the only costumer service is via whatssap or call. Looks like a ghost hotel. Make sure you really contact them an hour before your arrival otherwise you will be waiting in the reception for a while.

Silêncio! Proximidade do Santuário! Gentileza!

A localização permite-nos chegar ao Santuário, a pé, em 3 ou 4 minutos, uma proximidade que nos faz bem!
Check-in e check-out fáceis, práticos.
Limpeza com esmero, mesmo! E cheiro verdadeiramente agradável.

Very disappointing.
Pros:

Location is percfect

Cons:

Stayed one night,I was bitten by bedbugs, couldn’t sleep, some guests were VERY noisy, talking loudly and screaming the whole night .
I wasn’t expecting a hotel with no reception and no luggage storage.

Very bad experience. Completely unacceptable.
Pros:

The only good thing is the location everything else was really bad.

Cons:

There was no reception upon arrival. I had to call the number posted on the door to check in. The woman on the phone instructed me to complete the check-in process from the main road and expected me to send a copy of my passport while standing outside on the roadside. This was completely unacceptable. The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing.

There was no proper breakfast provided — only a small snack. Please see the attached photos showing what was left outside the door.

The room itself was filthy (see attached photos). There was not even a single glass to drink water provided in the room.

The bed it self was not comfortable at all.

Overall, this was an unbelievably poor experience
