Was good value and was a nice stay :)
Pros:

Very clean , and great having tram stop just outside front , checked in late and man at desk was very friendly

Cons:

The shower pressure was really bad :( was hot and cold off and on during and was like having a freezing shower, wind super loud /rattling in aircon would sometimes keep us awake

Great hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Tram outside the front door to the city. Room was spacious & quiet . Nice bar . Rooftop bar not open in winter .

Love the hotel will stay again -I just will not use the restaurant

Room interior design and location

Cons:

Food in restaurants few small issues

Restaurant Staff were either cold or too cool for me to appreciate- not sure. Vibe was uncomfortable weird.

View from window terrible just a decorative screen. Felt a little suffocating.

Would have liked biscuits or chips in in room minibar.

Wonderful staff who provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had
Pros:

The best bit about the property was definitely the staff. I have never experienced such incredible customer service at a hotel as I did at this hotel. My husband was having a surgery close by and I needed to drop my car off earlier, they not only accommodated this request but they also allowed for an earlier check in.
They were to responsive and friendly and I am so glad I chose to stay here.

Cons:

The shower drainage was a bit strange and it made the entire bathroom floor wet and slippery after a shower
