A lovely little hotel, comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay again.
Pros:

This hotel is ideally located with a tram stop outside the front door. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and felt like a quiet little haven.

Comfy, lush, very enjoyable
Pros:

The bed was insanely comfy & the bath robes were so soft but what made my stay excellent was the staff. The warmth & comfort they provided by just their energy alone was enough to make me want to stay there again.

Cons:

My particular room was above a room with a courtyard and although it’s a non-smoking hotel, the pricks who stayed in the room below me were smashing darts every hour so I couldn’t have my balcony door open for the nice summer air.

Helpful staff, clean and great location
Pros:

Staff were lovely and helpful. Location perfect for our requirements, with trams and buses just outside.

Cons:

Only downside was the attached bar/cafe did not open into the evening.

Brilliant hotel for the price
Pros:

We had a brilliant stay here over new years for a wedding. This place felt classy and high quality from the fit out to the staff. All the perks of a fancy hotel for a good price.
