Good location but super dirty
Pros:

- Location is good for whoever wants to take a sleeper bus
- Nice host

Cons:

- Repulsive/Dirty. Cockroaches are ok I guess when it’s warm weather outside (you can’t avoid having them around, although I saw 2 in 10 min in the room), but dust was absolutely everywhere. I used the room only for the day, to store luggage and take a shower before I went to take the bus. Happy that I did not get to sleep here

Pros:

Je n'aime pas laisser des mauvais commentaires mais j'aurais aimé savoir que l'établissement ne correspond pas aux images avant de venir.
Je tiens quand même à noter que la gérante était très gentille et a accepté de nous rembourser la totalité de la chambre.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé cet hébergement suite aux excellents avis mais nous sommes repartis aussi vite que nous sommes arrivés. L'entrée était sombre et en désordre. La piscine était inutilisable (verte). On a tendance à ne pas se fier au hall donc on est quand même allés jusqu'à la chambre. Le plus gros problème c'était l'humidité. C'était la saison des pluies certes mais c'était intenable. De plus, il y avait des fourmis sur le lit, tout était vétuste et on ne s'y sentait vraiment pas bien. Impossible pour nous de rester.

Pros:

Personnel accueillant, chambre grande et spacieuse.

Le matelas est à ressort donc un peu dur.
L’emplacement est idéal, à 20min du centre historique piéton.

Cons:

Les murs sont fins.
On est réveillés à 4h le matin par les voix.
Le matelas est dur.

Bella e pulita Homestay in ottima posizione e Host a 10 stelle
Pros:

Linda è un host super! Gentilissima ci ha aiutato in tutto, dai transfer alle escursioni guidate, dal noleggio delle bici a tante piccole altre cose non scontate o dovute. 10 stelle per lei!
Tutte le attività e servizi offerti sono stati molto economici e di grande qualità , ad esempio escursione My Son assolutamente meritevole.
Consiglierei a tutti di soggiornare pressi la Homestay di Linda

Such a nice place to stay. Great location about 10 minutes out of old town. Linda was so nice and helpful with recommendations and booking tours etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Nhà mình đã có một kỳ nghỉ tại The Moon Town homestay và phải nói rằng đây là một trong những homestay tốt nhất, sạch sẽ nhất ở Hội An. Nhà mình đi lần này có 2 bạn cún nên việc tìm được homestay vừa vị trí đẹp vừa sạch sẽ như thế này rất khó, nhất là khi mọi người chỉ có thể xem các phòng online mà không được trực tiếp nhìn tận nơi.

Homestay sạch bong kin kít từ trong ra ngoài luôn, không một hạt bụi, không có cảm giác ẩm mốc gì cả. Phòng tắm sáng choang, ga gối thơm tho, ngủ cực kỳ thoải mái. Mình rất rất kỹ tính nên cũng hay ngại mấy chỗ lưu trú sợ không được sạch, nhưng ở đây thì yên tâm tuyệt đối nha.

Tiện nghi đầy đủ: Phòng được trang bị đầy đủ những vật dụng cần thiết. Mọi thứ đều rất chỉn chu, gọn gàng, mang lại cảm giác thoải mái như ở nhà.

Vị trí thuận lợi: Homestay nằm ngay trung tâm phố cổ, nên việc đi bộ ra các điểm tham quan hay tìm quán ăn ngon đều tiện lợi vô cùng. Vừa có thể trải nghiệm không khí nhộn nhịp của phố cổ, vừa có không gian nghỉ ngơi riêng tư, yên tĩnh.

Chủ nhà thân thiện và chu đáo: Chị chủ rất niềm nở, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ và luôn sẵn lòng giúp đỡ mọi yêu cầu

Pros:

Nice place to stay in Hoi An away from the main tourist locations and just to enjoy city as a local. But you still can find many places to eat out and good spa salon nearby. The host is very friendly and was ready to help us with all our needs.

Pros:

Quiet place with good wifi! Stuff is really kind and orgnized transfer back to Da Nang for better price than Grab 🤩

Cons:

There were some small ants in the room.

Location is not very centric, but you can walk 20 min or take a Grab for 15 vnd during the the day.

Not a big problems really.
