The hotel is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly.

The room is quite well sound-proof. The room is very clean, and it is cleaned on a daily basis.
The hotell personnel is very friendly.
The location is great, close to the Tram Line 10 and the city of arts and sciences. There is a large shopping centre Saler nearby. I purposefully selected the hotel in in that specific area.

Cons:

The unusual and inconvenient thing is that the washing basin is outside the bathroom, in the hallway.
If you wish to book breakfast, be prepared to leave the premises, walk around the building and get into a cafe where you will be served your breakfast. It is not a buffet, but it is a set menu, and very limited. No, cereals, no vegetables or fruit, and no dessert. That was very disappointing. I booked it only once to experience it, and never did it again.
