Perfecto para alojarse si se va a asistir a un evento en el Roig Arena, se tardan 5 minutos andando. La recepcionista enacantadora y muy servicial, las habitaciones no son grandes pero estaba muy limpio. A muy poca distancia andando del centro comercial y de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias

Freundliches Personal, aber enttäuschende Sauberkeit und mangelnder Kundenservice

Das Personal war freundlich, was ich positiv hervorheben möchte. Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit des Zimmers nicht meinen Erwartungen. Besonders im Badezimmer und rund um die Toilette befanden sich mehrere Haare auf dem Boden.

Angesichts des Übernachtungspreises hätte ich einen deutlich besseren Hygienestandard erwartet. Ich habe die Mängel fotografisch dokumentiert und dem Hotel zunächst direkt mitgeteilt, um eine faire Lösung zu ermöglichen.

Bedauerlicherweise erhielt ich auch nach zwei Tagen keinerlei Rückmeldung. Weder wurde auf meine Beschwerde eingegangen noch eine angemessene Entschädigung angeboten.

Schade, denn neben Sauberkeit gehört für mich auch ein professioneller Umgang mit Gästebeschwerden zu einem guten Hotelaufenthalt.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta para ir a ver conciertos al Roig arena ó para visitar oceanografic, ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. A menos de 5 minutos del hotel hay una parada del tranvía que en 10 minutos te deja en el centro de Valencia..
El personal de recepción del hotel es muy atento y amable

Cons:

El único inconveniente que vimos es a la hora de moverse en coche y buscar aparcamiento por la zona.Si coincide con algún espectáculo en el Roig arena es imposible aparcar hasta que el espectáculo termina y se empieza a marchar la gente. El resto del tiempo se encuentra aparcamiento con facilidad

Lo mejor del hotel su personal!!!
Pros:

Lo primero de todo destacar la amabilidad del personal.
Hace unos meses que vinimos a éste hotel y uno de los motivos y el más importante tanto para mí hija como para mí es la amabilidad del personal.
Queremos destacar las atenciones que tuvo VICTORIA con nosotras con esa "sonrisa eterna que la caracteriza".
También la amabilidad de EVA Y DE LUIS!!!
Decir también que el hotel es muy cómodo y se encuentra muy bien situado en la ciudad.
Volveremosssss!!!!!
