Überraschend grosses und ruhiges Studio, ultrazentral und ziemlich ruhig
Pros:

Riesiges Studio (004, EG) mit hohen Decken nach hinten raus, Blick ins Grüne Man hört tagsüber die Züge, aber ich fand es nicht sehr laut. Sehr hell. Elektrische Rolläden und gute Vorhänge zur Verdunkelung. Nespresso mit Kapseln vorhanden - sehr gut! Top WLAN. Gutes Bett. Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank. Sehr gute Klimaanlage, die man aber auch ausmachen kann.
Man kann in der Tiefgarage be-und entladen, ohne zu zahlen. Rennrad im Zimmer kein Problem.
Banken direkt vor der Tür. Top Italiener direkt nebenan. Ultra zentrale Lage am Kaiserplatz, Hauptbahnhof und Uni. Trotzdem grün und ruhig. Für das gebotene nicht teuer

Cons:

Nicht weltbewegendes:
Stellplatz in der TG mit 25€ pro Tag zu teuer. In der DB TG Am alten Friedhof Tagesticket für schlanke 7€. 10 Min zu Fuss.
Im Bad wenig Licht am Wachbecken

Die Lage ist super zentral und der Garten ist aussergewöhnlich.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super zentral, es gibt einen wunderschönen Garten mit Schach und Tische zum Verweilen.

Cons:

Man hört die Züge, sowie das Tor der Tiefgarage sehr deutlich. Allerdings nehme ich dies gerne für die super Lage in Kauf.
Die Qualität der verarbeiteten Materialien ist eher mangelnd. Der Nachttisch hing schon schief, es lösen sich bereits die Fußleisten…

No-frills, convenient accommodation near the main train station - recommended
Pros:

Convenient apartment near the main train station, spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A sink in the kitchenette would have been useful. And probably better soundproofing due to the cargo trains passing at night. But none of these aspects were a deal breaker.

Pros:

Abgesehen vom Zimmer war auch der Fitnessbereich sauber und gepflegt. Die Anzahl der Geräte waren auch wir ein normales workout durchaus ausreichend. Auch der Aufenthaltsbereich ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtete. Der Garten ist vor allem im Sommer ein Pluspunkt

Cons:

Man hörte viel Getrampel und Geschrei von Kindern. Die Türen könnten etwas mehr isoliert sein

The location was close to the train and bus station. The apart was clean and cosy. Good value for money.

Cons:

Cleaning should be done at least twice during the week for long stays.
