الاهتمام بنظافة الفندق والروائح العطرة في جميع انحاء الفندق ومعاملة طاقم الفندق وبالاخص الاستاذ اشرف في استقبال الفندق كان تعامله راقيا ورائع

مسكني الأول في تبوك
Pros:

موقعه ونظافته وهدوئه وطاقم العمل بشوشين وأخلاقهم عاليه وعندهم مرونه في التعامل وحريصين على راحة الضيف .. شكرا للأخت حورية والأخ المصري والبنغالي لا اعرف اسمائهم .. طاقم يستحق الشكر والتقدير .

Cons:

فقط ضعف الماء والنت في الأدوار العلوية .. ما قصروا حطوني بغرفه مناسبه ..
