Pros:

My overall experience at Pearl Club Resort was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the environment was peaceful, and the staff were polite and helpful. It’s a nice place to relax and spend quality time. Would definitely recommend it. 😊

Excellent stay @ Pearl Club Resort Shanti Niketan
Pros:

Excellent facilities, games room, great food from restaurant, friendly staff

Cons:

We got to stay is a lovely 3 storey bungalow wh8ch was fantastic, just that few of the appliances (ground floor TV, tea maker), were not working owing to some electrical problem.Staff did attend when we let them know but they didnt have a resolution.It was nothing major and doesnt impact their rating, but could have been better

It was a nice area but hotel needs some improvement if they want to attract westerners.
Pros:

It was in a lovely location with easy walks to local villages. The room was clean on arrival and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were not very sound proof so there was a lot of banging and shouting in the corridors at night which impacted our sleep. There was no mini bar as advertised.
We were there 4 nights and had to ask to get our bathroom cleaned and clean towels etc, this should be done daily without asking. The whole room needed a good clean, worktops and tables need polishing, toilet needed bleaching.
Also bathroom needs a shower curtain or screen as everything ends up soaking wet and there’s nowhere to put clothes when you’re having a shower.
Also the building is new so lots of little improvements needed, tiles in bathroom needs edging etc.
We opened a blind in the restaurant to let some light in and the window ledges were covered in dead flies etc. Cleaning needs to be sorted throughout the hotel. Seems to be plenty of staff so no excuse.

mostly clean place. staff was enthusiastic.

Cons:

Staff was extremely untrained and was basically learning on the job. I made the booking using an international credit card, and despite me informing them that I can only pay by International CC, which they said they will accept - they could not. Good thing my driver was able to pay them. This was the basic theme of this place - just learning on the job. They opened just a few months ago.

Comfortable Stay!
Pros:

The property is very new. It's clean and cozy, rooms are spacious, staffs are co-operative, and Pool is well maintained. It is bit outside of the main bolpur town, but should not be an issue if you have a car to move around.

Cons:

The resturant should have Buffet menu regardless of the number of guests.

Excellent property, well built, neatly kept, staff are friendly, 9/10 on most counts.
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful and nice. Menus need variation as days go by. We stayed three days to pretty much the same lay-out buffet. General food quality could be better with the price being charged. Coming to lodging, rooms are neat and excellently kept. Some attention could be given to restroom locks, the conditioning equipment and internal ventilation. Other aspects like evening events, drawing area etc... are a visitor's delight!

Cons:

The a-la-carte food on offer, especially non-veg segment requires some good attention. Veg segment is satisfactory by taste, however, a good deal of attention could be given to that too. From satisfactory to excellent is a huge space for improvement. A premium lodging facility having a considerable distance from the nearest food park or pretty much everything else should ideally cash in to offer quality in-dining to guests.
