Overall bad experience for my family trip
Pros:

Location and Cleanliness

Cons:

I booked this room in the USA for my mom and three other female family members who were visiting for temple tours.

Unfortunately, the water in the bathroom was not working and was only fixed after 2 hours. Even worse, the AC was completely non-functional, which turned the entire stay into a nightmare. When we tried calling the contact numbers listed on the website, the person who answered said he was no longer associated with the hotel.

Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience.
