They had Yorkshire tea bags.

This place is really basic. A tradies hotel really.

Pros:

The hotel.was near where I needed to be

Cons:

Con webbs hanging off tje pictures and corner of the wall. Room.was dusty.
Couldn't park i .tje disabled bay, a car was in 2 spaces, when I spoke to the hotel.they said he always parks there, but does not have a disabled badge and he works over the road.

Somewhere to sleep but nothing more and glad to get away next day.
Pros:

No breakfast available. Location ok.

Cons:

Room was filthy. Grease and hair around outside of shower tray, room smelled of stale smoke and vomit and was generally tatty.

I like that it's familiar.

Cons:

I have stayed here 10 plus times over the last 9 months and I do appreciate the value and convenience. But, I have noticed over my last 3 visits there is always some kind off issue.
First was a sleepless night due to a dog constantly barking in a room next door. The second was having no TV remote, requesting one and after 3 hours, getting one but TV was not working anyway. It was boiling but the fan was thick with dust and made horrendous noises. My last visit was spent trying to mask the smell coming from the drain in shower, a broken (I mean smashed to bits) fan on the clothes rail, a superior room (2 single beds pushed together but no topper so gap was uncomfortable). Just disappointed full stop.

Budget friendly stay
Pros:

Good value for money, staff very happy to help.
The parking we had no issues with and the staff double checked to ensure they had the correct number plate to avoid us getting a parking ticket.
Obviously this is a budget hotel, yet amenities are close by. Very pet friendly, with staff remembering their name. All in all, a good stay and would recommend :D

Cons:

The mattress was a little uncomfortable, yet this is personal taste and again, this is a budget hotel!

Pros:

After driving over 300 miles.. all I wanted was to lie on the bed and watch some telly. The previous guest had, for some reason, taken the remote?!! After trying, unsuccessfully, to use an remote app on my phone, they moved me to a different room. Which not only had a remote... but also one of the most comfortable beds Ive even slept in.

Cons:

For the price... and the room change, I honestly cannot think of anything! 😀

No aircon and windows don't open, despite my room being on the ground floor. Shower pressure was really poor. No hangers to hang up shirts etc.
