Pros:

Milena fue muy amable y me ayudó en todo lo que pudo. La ubicación está bien. La decoración es bonita.

Cons:

Demasiada luz y ruido en la habitación que me tocó. La ventana era tan grande que entraba mucho calor.
El aire acondicionado esta dirigido a la cama lo cual lo hace desagradable.
Había edredon en pleno verano. Yo habría puesto. solo una sábana.
No hay ascensor por lo que subir una maleta grande se hace muy complicado.

Excelente ubicación. Muy limpio y ordenado. La cama es muy muy cómoda. Hay un sofá cama para dos persona más pero todo en el mismo ambiente. Limpio ordenado hermosa decoración y todo muy completo. También hay frigobar. Reserve el mismo día ya que me habían cancelado otra reserva y Melina me atendió excelente

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, en pleno barrio de Recoleta y a pocas cuadras de Av. Santa Fé y del Cementerio de Recoleta.

Cons:

No fue algo propio del hotel, sino más bien de otros húespedes. Había una familia o un grupo con niños pequeños que gritaban y bajaban la escalera haciendo mucho ruido a primera hora de la mañana.
