Chuyến đi gọn gàng, trọn vẹn—cảnh đẹp, chỗ ở ổn, chỉ muốn quay lại thêm lần nữa.
Pros:

Mình vừa có dịp lưu trú tại Phúc Lộc Hotel và thực sự khá hài lòng với trải nghiệm ở đây. Ấn tượng đầu tiên là phòng ốc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, không gian nghỉ ngơi thoáng và đủ tiện nghi cơ bản. Giường ngủ êm, phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng sau một ngày di chuyển nhiều. Tổng thể mang lại cảm giác dễ chịu, không quá cầu kỳ nhưng rất ổn trong tầm giá.

Về vị trí, khách sạn nằm ở khu khá thuận tiện, dễ tìm và gần nhiều điểm du lịch nổi tiếng của Ninh Bình như Tam Cốc, Tràng An, chùa Bái Đính… nên di chuyển rất tiện. Một điểm mình khá thích là không gian yên tĩnh, phù hợp để nghỉ ngơi, không bị ồn ào như nhiều khu trung tâm đông đúc. Đặc biệt có thể ngắm tàu hỏa chạy qua, tạo cảm giác khá chill và khác biệt.

Về dịch vụ, phải nói là điểm cộng lớn: phục vụ thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, Chị chủ dễ thương, quan tâm khách, tạo cảm giác gần gũi như ở nhà, Tác phong nhanh nhẹn, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. đây là một nơi lưu trú phù hợp nếu bạn đang tìm: Chỗ nghỉ sạch sẽ, dễ chịu - Vị trí thuận tiện đi du lịch - Không gian yên tĩnh để nghỉ ngơi - Chủ thân thiện, nhiệt tình. I did not enjoy my stay here.
We arrived late at night, but we had booked a room for that night and the day after. When we came we were told what we would get one room that night and then change in to a new room at 9 AM, because she thought we wouldn’t arrive.

Other than that, the rooms were not that good. Both rooms we stayed in didn’t have windows or working sink, the water from the pipes would just pore out on the floor.

And in one of our rooms did the door not work properly so you could open it without a key, if you used a tiny bit of force.

And it was SUPER noisy, the walls were very thin so you could hear people’s conversations word for word. So if you stayed here you would probably get woken up by the cleaning lady’s at 8.30 AM.
But if you stay here right after os you will probably get woken op even earlier at 8 AM by THE LOUDEST CONSTRUCTION WORK I HAVE EVER HEARD!
