Pros:

how conveniently close it is to other areas around namba and kuromon market with a short walk to dotonbori

Cons:

i don’t know if it was our room or in general but having the AC at 20 in 32 degree humid summer wasn’t sufficient.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location to explore Namba and surrounding areas on foot. The room itself was very comfortable and clean with a nice fit out.

Cons:

There were some issues with the laundry facilities as there are only two machines and there were people waiting at all times. People were going back and forth in the hope of an opening as there was no way to ensure your place in the line. Only an issue if you plan on doing laundry! We needed to be aware of having our blind open as we were on a lower floor and you could see into our room from the street.

Pros:

location was good walking distance for everywhere, breakfast was very nice and tasty. Room was very good decorated.

Cons:

we have a 10 year old child, I mentioned this during my reservation but they did not provide a extra bed or a portable bed for child. Bed size was not enough for 3 but we had to sleep. Please be notice if you have childern.

There are many options in Osaka, but you will not regret staying at the Caption.
Pros:

The front desk staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable-- especially Mr. SUJAL and Mr. IVAN.

This must be among the top locations in Osaka in terms of being central and near to MRT, train stations, Kurumon Market, many taxis.

I had the best four nights of restful sleep I've had in years-- quiet and most comfortable.

Cons:

The Caption surpassed all of my expectations.
