Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny i ładny hotel. Pokój całkiem spory o bardzo ładnym wystroju. Na miejscu siłownia z bieżnią do biegania. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i życzliwy! Cała rodzina była bardzo zadowolona z pobytu.

Cons:

Nie było takiej rzeczy.

City hotel
Pros:

Good location and nice design.

Cons:

Staff at the lobby did not make us feel welcome when we arrived.
When I asked a few questions, the responses made us feel as though we were being treated like we were stupid.

When booking a 4-star hotel, I expected a much better level of customer service and human interaction.

Pros:

Was pretty and modern and room was spacious and updated, great location and common area was great by the lobby

Cons:

AC could have been colder, it was kind of hot and we couldn’t make it colder than 20 degrees

Pros:

Très bel hotel, design, proche du quartier animé, mais bien au calme. Chambre très confortable, bien équipée. A 5min de la gare pour l aéroport: très pratique.

Checkin was easy and the hotel felt very solo traveler friendly:).
Pros:

Was a nice hotel with a good cafe to hang out and wait for people to wake up.

Short, comfortable stay
Pros:

We stayed in a twin room with a city view for a night. We enjoyed the large (in comparison to most hotels we stayed at in Japan), separate bathroom. It was comfortable and very clean. It was about a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station (Namba) which wasn’t a problem for us because we only had carry-on luggage. Even with bigger luggage I’m sure it would be do-able as there are no hills. It was also very close to Dontoborri which is a 10 minute walk away.

Cons:

The bedroom is small however for our single night stay with minimal baggage it was perfect as we prioritised location in our trip to Osaka.
