Hoan Kiem lake center

They made me feel right at home! I was so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. They also came and found me when my driver dropped me off at the wrong location.

The owner is such a lovely and caring woman, I felt as though it was a home not at all like just accomodation. The place is quirky and dated and there’s no lift so be prepared to o climb a few stairs but the overall experience is one of great value because of the integrity of the place. It’s a low budget option and so it’s not for anyone wanting something more sophisticated but on the upside it’s very quiet. I’ve just moved into a ‘nice’ hotel and there’s a number of guests on each floor which means I hear people gathering and talking and then making noise with their doors and the plumbing all hours of the night.
I’ll definitely stay at the Kiem again, I had a great night sleep there!

Bon emplacement. La dame en charge est très gentille et sert de bon déjeuner. Elle a été très accommodante pour notre arrivée tardive (minuit et demi) et notre départ tôt (6:30). Elle est également prête à répondre aux questions. Logement est bien.

Очень понравилось проживание! Удобное расположение, хороший номер. Отдельная благодарность управляющей! Очень приятная женщина! Помогла поднять чемодан, очень вкусно готовит, всегда на связи и готова помочь по любому вопросу. Договорились с ней не только на завтраки, но и на обеды с ужинами, и это было лучшим решением!
Если планируете посетить Ханой, то очень советую этот отель!

Очень приятная хозяйка. Я выезжала рано утром, она сделала мне завтрак и вызвала такси.
Прекрасное расположение, рядом исторический центр, есть где погулять вокруг.

Posizione ottima. Si accede da una spa. La proprietaria e la ragazza al banco tour al piano terra sono state gentilissime, ci hanno supportate in tutte le nostre necessità. Doccia comodissima.

Par rapport avec le prix , le P.D ne sont pas raisonnable pour nous, c' est y compris dans le tarif ou c'est donné? Car on n' est pas des SDF.
Jamais nous vendre les produits miserable mais avec ce prix. C' était impossible !!!

La anfitriona es maravillosa, el desayuno completo y riquísimo. Y está en el centro centro aunque no se oye mucho ruido a la noche!

Stunning little apartment on the 4th floor above a massage shop. The lady was very welcoming during check in and provided water and snacks for our room. Room was very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was stocked with lots of toiletries. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.
