La ubicación es genial para ir caminando al centro de Tequila, todo esta cerca, el personal super atentos y amables, te dan recomendaciones para actividades en Tequila.
Creo que tienen demasiadas restricciones para la habitación y las instalaciones son perfectas para una o dos noches, no hay nada excepcional.

Good location
We were told upon arrival that we were not allowed to consume alcohol on the premises. We were 4 couples sharing all 4 units on 3rd floor with our own common area. We had to all gather in one room to enjoy a beer or glass of wine. There wasn't a frig although plenty of room for one.
It was clean and the beds were comfortable
We were told upon check-in that we were not allowed to have alcoholic drinks on the premises. There were no hand towels or shower amenities in our room. The kitchen area didn’t have glasses or mugs, there were 8 of us when we asked for coffee mugs we were given 3.
We were only here one night and barely in the hotel, but it had everything that we expected and needed. The room was large with a nice enough view, and the bed was comfy.

Staff was very friendly and the property was very clean
Not having breakfast is the only thing that I didn’t like because everything seems to be far or a little confusing to find a place to grab a coffee. It just makes sense to have breakfast and the hotel
Location was perfect to walk to the plaza and newer hotel which I had previously stayed at one other time.
The front desk girl DULCE was what made me never want to ever go back. My group of friends consisted of 3 suites and 4 single room(we were the only one in the whole building)she dismissed all of our comments and complaints and made us feel as if we were making things up. All rooms had no warm water, either COLD or HOT, a few ACs were either not working or leaking water on to the bed, the whole hotel had 1 hair dryer and 4 irons(that didn’t work well), when requested sheet change it would not get done, DULCE went into every single room snooped around and left notes to “not clean shoe with towels” without anyone’s consent and also stopped us at the front door to let us know towels could only be used for body and if used for anything else we would be charged per towel. She was just rude and unpleasant and very unprofessional. She also did not inform us of the broken ACs(had a fan to replace AC that did not help in 90°+ weather), water boilers not working properly(said we had to turn boiler off and on for it to work, did not work) and irons & hair dryer availability(per booking each room should have 1 of each) blamed booking.com for all the problems. And never informed us of any of the issues when the 7 rooms were getting signed in, but she sure was bothered when the problems were brought up. We had previously stayed here 4 nights and had a pleasant stay that is why I decided to come back, at that time the only issue was the water which was manageable because everything else was good. That is why I was shocked with how terrible we were treated. So DULCE’s attitude alone is enough for our group to never book here again. Hotel management please give this girl the proper training for her job title.
