Friendly staff but the noise at night can be a problem
Pros:

Staff was friendly and accommodating

Cons:

Property is also an event venue. During our stay there was a holiday party that lasted until 2 AM. It was very, very noisy. You could hear it in every room of the hotel.

Una funcional pero fría parada
Pros:

Personal, cama cómoda, ducha grande, desayuno.

Cons:

Agua de la ducha fría para ducharnos incluso habiendo avisado y esperado más de 1h. No había secador ni cortina en el baño. Pocas toalllas y demasiada luz por la noche.

Buena estadía
Pros:

Fue fácil de reservar, una persona siempre dispuesta para ayudar en recepción y también incluía un rico desayuno, también te brindan un servicio para llegar en carrito de golf a la playa (no está tan lejos pero se agradece si no tienes mucho tiempo para estar).

Cons:

En realidad del establecimiento no tengo peros, el tema fue con la forma de hacer la reserva, cuando reservé aquí en booking, se supone que pedí habitación con vista a la playa así dice mi reserva e inclusive había opciones más baratas en ese momento a la que elegí, al llegar, me asignaron habitación diferente y me dijo la chica que esa fue la que le arrojó el sistema, ahí me quedó la duda de por qué me marcó el sistema algo que no existía. Sería bueno que revisaran por qué sucede eso, me sentí engañada.

It was close to the family

It was NOT close to the beach / Staff NOT that informative / Staff NOT around / Breakfast is not from the hotel, itself / You’re given a card so that you would have to leave the hotel to get breakfast / The shower floods / Instead of changing the room, the staff gave me additional towels to place on the floor

La habitación, grande, muy cómoda. Y a pesar de que el hotel tiene la avenida frente no se escucha nada en las habitaciones

La piscina estaba sucia, al parecer habían pasado trimmer al patio y todo el pasto estaba en el agua.

It would have been amazing but the extreme sound of the music damaged the experience

...there was a 15th anniversary on that day from 5pm-10pm and the music was right at the wall of my room and the sound was impossible to manage.

Localización, amplia habitación y baño, excelente acondicionador de aire, excelente iluminación, el matress más cómodo en q he dormido en mi vida!

Cons:

Se necesita instrucciones para hacer funcionar el TV y canales locales. Además algún zafacon adicional en la habitación. La caja fuerte no la pude usar, esta sin Instrucciones. Un poco dificultoso el uso de las cerraduras de afuera y de la habitación.

Pool was nice, free small breakfast, free parking, comfy bed, cold AC.

Cons:

Room was directly behind the front desk. Extremely loud all day and night you could hear someone’s conversation. They were having an event during the day and were blasting music. There was no one at the front desk overnight causing people to be locked outside and ringing the doorbell all night. Room was clean but dusty and strong smell of fragrance.
