Really very good location, close to Hakata station by only 5 mins walk. Room is well fit for 3 pax and have more space for the luggage. 3 beds each separately with 2 comfy pillows each and very soft and warm blanket. Hotel provides sufficient amenities inside the bathroom. There is a bathtub with an efficient water heater with adjustable hot and cold settings. Convenient store - Family mart and Lawson are very close to the place. Staff is friendly and keen to help. Hotel provides room cleaning for staying over 3 nights long and they did it very well. We stayed here for 4 nights and we like this place.
TV only local channels and no cloths rack in the room and in the bathroom.

I felt it was a bit scammy to charge me ¥500 to borrow a clothes iron for an hour. It’s a small amount of money, but I’ve never been charged to borrow such an item at a hotel.

The location was good. Clean.
the mattress needs to be replaced. so when sleeping the mattress is not flat.

Just 10 minutes to walk from Hakata (central) station, easy access from the airport. Friendly owner. Not a problem for us, but note, that staff is not always around - reception has restricted opening hours.
Just a minor thing, but local tourist tax was not clearly stated in the description. Not a big amount, but good to have all the details, when one is paying ahead.

No hooks or racks for clothes in the bathroom
The room is quite big if you compare with the budget that you paid.
The hotel is near the Lawson and family mart. It is not too far from hakata station. My family and I can walk easily. The staff is friendly and can explain very clear.
The elevator is small. But it is ok to get on in one time with four persons and two luggages.
