Good hotel with problematic management
Pros:

Good communication with the host up to one point.
The room had very big and comfortable bed, was well equipped and had good views.
Haven't tried the pool at the rooftop, as there were no sunbeds and some days there was rain.

But there were some important issues, as well

Cons:

First of all, the lack of proper support on the spot. It took us 2 days and countless messages to arrange a simple cleaning.
Then, the issue with my passport, which ended up with me losing my flight: after my check out I had to travel from KL to another destination and I forgot my bag with passport at the room. It takes 35 minutes for the KL express train to reach the airport from the KL central station and another 15-20 minutes to reach the KL Central from the hotel by taxi. This last part was around 30-40 minutes both ways, if the host could help and bring my bag to the KL central station. I believe that if there was someone there around the hotel, I could save 20-30 minutes and maybe manage to catch my flight.

Lastly, there was an incident with the 2 probably Indian managers of the rooftop bar, who run the place after 7:30pm and who behaved more like Australian chimpanzees. I visited the place with my date and wanted to take some photos of the view. The staff very agressively showed me the menu and asked us to order something. When I denied, the 2 managers came into a threatening way towards us, together with some members of the staff. My date was panicked and almost started crying and we had to leave fast, as we didn't know what was coming next.

Location awesome and beds comfy

Cons:

Tv did not have any apps to watch english,only Malaysian language. 1/3 roll of toilet paper. Bum gun not there, only a hose.

Pros:

Exelenter Lage mit herrlichem Aussicht auf Petronas uns Fernsehturm, vor allem abends, im 22e Stock.
Zimmer grosszügig geschnitten mit allem confort wo es an nichts fehlt.
In 5 min im Metro: für 1,30MYR und 2 halten am CC citicenter, und 2 MYR nach KL Sentral um Verbindung zum Flughafen ohne Stau oder zu Batu Caves.

Great location and comfortable stay.
Pros:

Great location with nice cafes and restaurants all around. Very close to the LRT which was very convenient and cheap to get around. Large room with comfortable bed and nice shower. Great soundproofing in the building and host was easily accessible through WhatsApp.

Cons:

Air conditioning was noisy but we used the fan at night instead.

Superb for business travel, extremely well run
Pros:

Excellent Chowkit location away from the chaos of BB, and a superb building for short or longer stays, my unit was on the cheaper side but thats ok - the building has high ceilings and almost silent AC - uniform and well thought out layout means its a no-brainer to book again and again, and you can leave your bags with security for a few hours if you need to.

One of the best hosts I’ve had in the past few years, making business travel this smooth is an art form and deeply appreciated.
