Great location.Average place with warm? shower
Pros:

Excellent location. You could walk to shops, market, restaurants.

Cons:

Sign in bathroom says hot water takes awhile. For sink, yes. For shower, the hot water never came. Tepid at best.

Chambre non nettoyée, pas de produit pour se laver, partie communes sales, la couette sent le tabac pour une chambre non fumeur, des lampes ne marchent pas. Présence de cafards. Personnel pas aimable. Bruyant oeu d isolation phonique, pas de rideau

Excellent value for money
Pros:

Amazing location, they gave me a room with a large terrace for the price of a room without a terrace and a nice view. Very friendly receptionist, the a/c was strong, they motorbike parking was free, absolutely great value for money.

Not too central, you have to pass through all the local food markets. Blankets and towels were not clean, it was not possible to switch off the air conditioning

Nette Dame am Empfang, Zimmer für eine Nacht ausreichend, 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Fähre nach Chau Doc, Barzahlung für die Übernachtung notwendig. In der Umgebung ist vieles früh am Abend geschlossen
