Les lieux extérieurs pas nettoyés, dommage.
Beautiful views and lovely room with a comfortable bed and good shower, kinda hard to get to and from the place by walking but with a bike or taxis it’s completely fine. Lovely stay :)
We stayed in the villa which was very spacious, with a living room and desk area, a small kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom. The view from the balcony was very nice
We received no information from the property prior to our check in, and seeing as it is set within the forest it could have been better signposted, as we were wandering around aimlessly trying to find the reception desk. At check in we were given no information regarding check out time, WiFi, or any other details that may have been useful, and were simply given the key to our room and asked to pay for the length of our stay.
On arrival, the shower heater wasn’t working properly so it would slowly get warm, turn off and then get ice cold before repeating the process the whole time you were showering. Staff came to change the entire unit while we were in the room, and while this was appreciated it could have been done when we were not there. There was a bath which didn’t look very clean and was unusable anyway as the plug was stuck in the bottom and you couldn’t get it out.
In the kitchen we had a fridge, which contained some half eaten food and bottles of water, coke and beer - although we were unsure if these were for us as we hadn’t been told anything at reception.
The whole place wasn’t particularly clean and we had to wear flip flops around the villa all the time as we kept getting sand stuck to our feet when we didn’t.
The bed was comfy and there was a large TV in the bedroom, but the bed sheets had an odd smell to them that wasn’t like the fresh smell of newly washed sheets.
Nothing in the place seemed to match - there were two tea cups, one was a big mug and the other a small cup. There were various appliances on the kitchen counter but only one socket into which the refrigerator was plugged in.
We tried to contact the staff via the phone number provided on multiple occasions, and only got through on the day of our arrival. Apart from that it always went to voicemail, and seeing as there wasn’t always someone at the reception desk it made it very hard to contact anyone.
That view is amazing. Totally worth the climb
Nothing. That place was exactly what it was promised to be
