체크아웃 종용하는 문자는 자제하라!!!
Pros:

위치와 식사는 그런대로 만족합니다.

Cons:

11시 체크아웃인데 9시경부터 문자가 3~4통 와서 체크아웃을 종용하는 듯 불편하게 하더니
심지어 10전에 메이드가 벨을 누르며 언제 나갈거냐는 뉴앙스를 주는 것은 정말로 기분마저 잡치게 만듬.

조식가격에 비해 메뉴 구성도 빈약하고 가성비 떨어졌어요. 비상계단이 없고 엘리베이터로만 이동하게 되어있어서 너무 불편하였고, 화재시 심각한 문제가 발생할 것 같아요.

조식포함인데 가성비로는 아주 훌륭하고요, 낙산해수욕장과도 가까워서 위치도 아주 좋습니다.

Cons:

3시 정각이 될때까지 체크인을 해결해주지 않아서 좁은 로비가 아주 바글바글, 객실에 비하여 엘레베이터 부족하여 체크인시 타기 어려움, 화장실에서 하수구 냄새남.

기계체크인인데 기계가 고장났나봐요ㅠ
3시 체큰인전에 사람들이 이미 많이 왔는데 미리 체크인해줄법도 한데 15분전에 시작하는바람에 1시간기다렸어요 그냥 모바일 키 받았을뿐인데


기다리는곳이 협소해서 대부분 사람들이 서서기다리면서 여기저기 불만이...
청소가 안되도 미리 체크인만해주고 15시후 입실하라고해도 다이해할텐데...
시스템이 아쉬워 다시오고싶진않아요

키오스크 고장나서 비대면 체크인 망침 싼데는 이유가 있음

쳬크인 시간에 맞춰서 도착했고
비대면 체크인으로 안내받았는데
숙소 도착하니 키오스크가 고장나서
투숙객들. 수백명이 복도에 대기해있었고
저희가족도 프론트에서 체크인 하는데
줄이 길어서 1시간 정도 걸렸네요
덕분에 다른 일정 계획했던것 취소했는데
호텔에서 사과도 안해요
숙소 침구류는 얼룩이 군데군데 있었고,
쓰레기통이 안비워져 있었어요
수영장있다고해서
이용가능한지 방문전에 문의했는데 답변없었고
수영장 운영을 안하고 있었습니다
싼데는 다 이유가 있었네요
다시는 방문하고 싶지 않은 곳입니다
