Exceptional
Pros:

Exceptional Hotel!
I loved the decoration!
Location 2 minutes walking from Osaka station in a place away from the hassle of Osaka but close enough ro reach by tube. Plenty of restaurants and shops close by.
Staff very attentive.
Super clean with an wow view!

Best place to stay in Osaka, luxury at its finest!
Pros:

During my stay i got upgraded to the Corner Suite King Room. The view was out of this world, especially at night!

Excellente
Pros:

La chambre était très petite et les meubles assez anciens. Le personnel parle très peu anglais, ce qui complique la communication. De plus, une mauvaise odeur était présente dans la chambre à notre arrivée. Je me demande pourquoi l’hôtel ne met pas en place des solutions simples, comme diffuser une légère senteur, pour améliorer l’ambiance des chambres.

On of the best stays!
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from Osaka Station, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, creating a really comfortable stay. What stood out the most was the friendly and welcoming staff, who made the experience even more enjoyable. On top of that, the view from the hotel was beautiful — definitely a highlight! 😊

A bit disappointing
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The premium twin room we had booked was not like the photos shown in the marketing photos is showed a space and a cabinet between the beds so you could walk down between them - our room had no space the beds were tight together. The room key cards did not work very well in the elevators - often took multiple attempts to get the elevator to register the cards - we saw other guests have similar problems. The beds were made in a way that in order to get under the covers you had to pull the bedding apart - so basically not worth having the beds made up each day.
