Very good experience, very nice breakfast and room, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff that I met, which I think were the owners, were exceptionally nice and commentating.

Cons:

The location of the property is next-door to a dilapidated old one story motel from perhaps the 50s. It is unsightly and there is nothing the owners can do about that.
